You should be applying to colleges if you want to take a PG diploma (not universities).dreama said:

You r right in some extent. If university says minimum 70%, look at that university's international minimum requirement. It may be different. For example: Waterloo has minimum 78 % requirement for master's degree engineering. If someone is from NEpal, India, then minimum requirement is 60 %. Carleton University said that the reason of rejection is due to high competition and University of Victoria said that my last two year' CGPA in my bachelor is 3.23 and they require 3.33.
My profile is:
Bachelor of Engineering (hons) Electrical: 4 years CGPA is 3.04.
IELTS: 6.5 with no part less than 6.
