I don't think people can help here, this is mostly a forum dedicated to visas. If you want to know what university to apply for take the time to do your own research like everyone else did, and once you have specific universities people can let you know how long the acceptance process took.

Not too late. You still have time for fall 2018, Concordia university, montreal is a very good option
