I am not interested in Research based Masters

There has been mixed response, I heard from many that Mid-tier and Low Budget Univ usually offer Admission for Course Based Masters in CS/IT even with non-relevant Background.

Might be that Univ of Victoria does not accept such cases but many also got admission with Non-Relevant Background in many Univ. I am having Work Exp for 2+years in IT domain as added advantage.

Initially I was looking for Colleges only but now I am not gonna apply for 1 year of PG Diploma and as far as 2 year of PG Diploma Courses with Co-op is concerned I could not find any Program including modules of my interest so that one is waived again.

I am focusing only Course Based Masters in some low Budget Univ

Now @ Harsh, First tell me whether your suggested Advanced Diploma with CO-op is at PG Level or not ??

and you did not tell me about Pre-Masters in detail. I want to know the following :
1>Duration of this Pre-masters/Pre-requisites Subjects
2>Getting a Visa for Pre-Masters and for main Masters is different , I am not sure . Please confirm because as per my Understanding I will be granted Visa for main Masters and after reaching there I have to go through some Pre-requisite CS Core Subjects and qualify them before jumping to the main program.
3> But again I dont know How many Subjects it will be as a part of Pre-Masters

Professor in university of victoria replied for my email in this manner.
I don't plan to take on any new graduate students until the Fall (September) of 2013. You should also be aware that I do not have funding for you; so you would need to support yourself. All of our graduate students are eligible to apply as teaching assistants. Our School’s director tries to provide opportunities for all graduate students to work as teaching assistants. Details of other funding opportunities at the University of Victoria can be found on the following website http://www.uvic.ca/students/grad/finances/. However, these funding opportunities are very competitive. If you are interested, then you need to write a letter of intent are part of your application process. The letter of intent should include the following 3 sections.
guys come up with some needful suggestions for me.This university has pre assessment evaluation before paying the fees. What steps I have to take for acceptance and funding?

you have to convince a supervisor prior to application and making sure the funding. If you dont have a supervior most of the time your application will be rejected. So if this professor is not willing to take you then try another professor...this is an endless loop before you find someone suitable. but trust me this is the only process..
