Hello guys, I am trying to fill the residence calculator form and in the form it asks FROM DATE and TO DATE

I travelled back home in Nov 2009 till April 2010 ( so the passport has both stamps of entry and exit) , But when filling the form i need to provide information from 1st JAN 2010 TILL 1st JAN 2014

1st jan 2010 i was already home and there is no matching stamp on passport - what should i do ?

should i just mention 1st Jan 2010 - April 25 2010 ?

Please advise as i need some urgent help on this.

Thanks
Muzmil

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Feel free to include dates before the 4 years cut-off. CIC would understand.
If you still want to use strictly the 4 year period, then fill up the forms as is, then attach an explanation letter stating in these forms, these question, on these entries i have so and so explanation.
You should be fine!

Thank you very much guys, I will put the dates as it is i guess to avoid any confusion because i think it can trigger RQ on the test day if they see dates not matching.

I also like to know since i went for 4 months 1st time, 2 months on 2nd visit and 1 month on my last visit so in the addresses for last 4 years . do i need to mention address of back home ?

I went only because my spouse sponsorship case was stuck and i had to go meet my wife.

Please let me know what you guys think about this situation - Thanks

why is this a unique situation. your first date on the 'From' is the date you and month you sign the application minus 4 years.. for example, if you sign your application on Fenruary 2, 2014 then the first date 'from' will be february 2, 2010...

The stamp on passport is from Nov 2009 not Feb 2010 , so i am confused should i mention exact dates as per passport or not ?

exactly
for example
you will apply on Jan 5th 2014
you have to declare your trips from Jan 5th 2010 till Jan 5th 2014.. lets say you were out of canada from December 10th 2009 till January 29th 2010

Then the date for ur trip should be the from Dec 10th till Jan 29th even if the start of it is prior to your required date ( Jan 5th 2010)

Thanks a lot man !! can you share your opinion about my second issue :

I had 3 trips in total, I went for 4 months 1st time, 2 months on 2nd visit and 1 month on my last visit so in the addresses for last 4 years . do i need to mention address of back home or simply put Canadian address ? Also, how to fill the gap under work/education section ?

I went only because my spouse sponsorship case was stuck and i had to go meet my wife.

Please let me know what you guys think about this situation - Thanks

You can add these addresses if you lives there ( as far as it counts you spent almost 6 months in your three visits , then i think you should )

As for employment thing , depends on what you did when you were there, were you on vacation? studying or unemployed.

I think if you put the last 5 years information would be clear. since they will find their 4 years asked in it.
