Hi,

So if I get IELTS L-8, S-7, R-7, W-7 I become eligible for FSW and I would get a score of 452 on the Express Entry. My last IELTS exam in Feb 2017 and I got L-7.5, S-7, R-6.5, W-7 but this was because I didn't prepare at all and I was out partying the night before 8) Anyways I did the Ielts exam on the 25th of March and I believe I will get L-8, S-7, R-7, W-7 or above in any of the 4 exams.

So the Question is can I make an express entry account with L-8, S-7, R-7, W-7 and lets say I get ITA but my Ielts score are a little different and ofc higher, will that be a problem? I just want to make sure I get an invite because I don't know when the minimum score for the draw will go up again.

Yes, you'd be lying in your profile in order to obtain an ITA before even knowing your results.

Misrepresentation can lead to a 5 year ban.

So does everyone else with scores around the CRS minimum. But you have to do it the right way. Only claim the scores you have received on your IELTS test. Anything else, like DelPiero says, can get you banned from Canada.
