I was planning to apply for U of M for Meng in ECE dept. But they have asked for working experience in Mannitoba. Can any one apply for Meng without working experience. I ve got 66.3 cgpa(till 7th Sem) in my B.tech. will they accept me??

Who asked for work experience???
There is no such mandatory requirement
and 66.3 CGPA??...Please convert your in the U of M scale , which posted in their website clearly , as how to convert international grades and see if u meet their minimum admission criteria
