With regards to the following post:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2012/2012-10-05.asp

We as current applicants that are working in Canada and paying taxes have not yet had our applications processed yet the Minister chooses to go to Ireland to seek more immigrants.

Its been 16 months that my application is in RBVO status I have not received a extension on my current work permit and due to my PR not being issues I face a hard decision of going home.

After 2 years of working here (in January) my work permit will expire which means I have to relocate to my home country due to the fact that I cannot get a positive LMO. I now have to apply under the Canadian experience class and wait another few months for my application to get processed.

This means the expense of coming here and now the hassle and expense of relocating back.

Does the Minister not think that there are so many people currently in Canada paying taxes, contributing towards Canada's economy, people who have settled into living Canada instead 50 companies go out to Ireland to recruit.

There are people with PR that I'm sure that are more than willing to take these jobs as offered to the Irish.

Is there anything we can do about this maybe take to the streets and voice our opinion.

Am I loosing hope in Canada's immigration yes, will I come back to Canada I'm not sure, they almost make you feel like you not wanted here.

FORGET ABOUT BEING LOGICAL OR FAIR WHEN IT COMES TO Kenney's decisions . Can you think of anything that is more unfair or eccentric as closing the applications for people who waited up to 8 years?
CIC is not fair, and you have to live with this fact
I would not in your case leave Canada under any circumstance. Try to register for any PHD programm and stay there.

Hi Kets,

I applied on july 2004

IELTS 6.5

Updated documents + proof of funds in 2008

NOC Dentist (listed in 29 occupation list)

E-case status: "we started processing on your application on september 10 2004"

No intimation about medical or termination of application.

They have so many applications from demand occupation list in their storage area . Why they started new MIs ?

Those applications which are under process will not be refunded.

But the problem is that there is "Real in process" and " fake inprocess" in this immigration system and from the ecase we cant know under which "in process" your application is.

If these tendencies are left unchecked there will be "real PR status" and "fake PR status" in the near future in Canada.
