With regards to the following post:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2012/2012-10-05.asp
We as current applicants that are working in Canada and paying taxes have not yet had our applications processed yet the Minister chooses to go to Ireland to seek more immigrants.
Its been 16 months that my application is in RBVO status I have not received a extension on my current work permit and due to my PR not being issues I face a hard decision of going home.
After 2 years of working here (in January) my work permit will expire which means I have to relocate to my home country due to the fact that I cannot get a positive LMO. I now have to apply under the Canadian experience class and wait another few months for my application to get processed.
This means the expense of coming here and now the hassle and expense of relocating back.
Does the Minister not think that there are so many people currently in Canada paying taxes, contributing towards Canada's economy, people who have settled into living Canada instead 50 companies go out to Ireland to recruit.
There are people with PR that I'm sure that are more than willing to take these jobs as offered to the Irish.
Is there anything we can do about this maybe take to the streets and voice our opinion.
Am I loosing hope in Canada's immigration yes, will I come back to Canada I'm not sure, they almost make you feel like you not wanted here.
