I'm Saudi Arabian girl , I'll come to Canada to studying ESL at Brock University.
My brother (( 24 Years Old )) i need him to come with me he will stay 3 months only as Tourism , but the problem is
He is Unemployed now !!!

How we can get a Temporary residence visa for him without Job letter or student letter... ? *cry*

Is there any chance to refuse his application if my sister's husband became a Finical Support for him?

he's working as Computer Engineering he gets 3,800 $ per/month.

Is it okay when he being finical supporter for my brother who's unemployed to extract the TR Visa for 3 months..???

Is it Ok ALSO, when we have the same finical supporter *??*

Please help .. i Need help before my future go on.

Unfortunately your brother needs to show his own financial background, that being said, not being a student and being a jobless, he needs to show ridiculously strong "ties" for him to get a TRV

Being unemployed and asking for 3 months is pretty much a guaranteed refusal. Even if he asked for a few weeks, his current status will make it extremely difficult to get a positive decision.
