Unemployed for 2 years

I am a male nurse from India.I have got file number yesterday.I have a question regarding professional experience. I have to total 5.5 years of experience in hospital industry. but I am unemployed since 2 years.
is there will be any problem for me at visa office assessment?
my consultant told me that the visa officer may have a negative impression if you are unemployed for s
uch a long time?
