Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

Just so I'm clear, currently it states that for spousal applications, they are

- "Processing Applications Received Up To May 28, 2010"

- "Current Processing Time, 41 Days"

Does this mean everything after May 28th is waiting for the next cycle, if so how frequent are the cycles? If I send in our application tomorrow when will it actually start being assessed?

and finally, this wait time is in addition to the figures given to various posts around the world

correct?

Thanks

The website is updated weekly, the dates shown are at the time of the last update. So by this time they could be on May 30th or June 1st or etc. The website will be updated next week to show how far they have gotten. When mine was in process, they would complete more than a week's worth of applications per update (eg next week's update might show a June 9th date which would be more than 7 days worth of applications processed since last update).

If you send yours tomorrow, it will likely take over a month before they will open and process it (around mid August?). The time varies but the 41 days currently shown is a good marker.

This processing time is in addition to the processing times shown at various visa offices.
