My brother-in-law has a company in the tech sector, and would like to hire me on for a job I'm qualified for, while also supporting my application for PR (i.e. the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream).
Does the restriction on job offers from "family members" encompass this situation?
The OINP agent who I spoke with today indicated that the OINP considers "family members" to be immediate family members, but I can't find that information anywhere.
