Student Permit application is not accepted if the joining date is in September 2013.

Hi, I am from the Philippines. Just want to ask if application for student visa for elementary grade for this school year is included. My cousin plans to submit an application for her daughter to transfer her elementary study to Yukon Canada. She's worried coz the school year is about to start.
