Understanding GCMS notes

Hi folks,

I Applied for a study permit and unfortunately I got visa refusal.
I applied for GCMS notes and received it today I need someone to help me to address the officer concerns in my next application

"I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident, I note that:
-the client is single, mobile, is not well established and has no dependents.
Based on the applicant's limited employment prospects in their country of residence/citizenship, I have accorded less weight to their ties to their country of residence/citizenship.
weighting the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay."

I am 22 years old, a fresh university graduate , Applied for software engineering ( Artificial intelligence) , I showed strong home ties ( 5 Properties under my father name who's gonna fund my studies) and I believe that there is many opportunities in the AI field and the allied fields.

If someone has any idea about this reason, I need some help.

They said all that they need to, it states that you didn't provide strong ties in your home country. This could be due to employment back home, but regardless they weren't convinced, your best bet would be to reapply and persuade the VO in the LOE of your situation.

Is it because I didn't show employment history ? I worked as customer service during my studies but i didn't mention it.
Also i wrote a LOE draft can you check it with me and help me to address his concerns properly.

Hi, sorry I don't have the time to check an LOE i'm pretty busy with work, but it could've been because you didn't mention your employment history, I showed all of it and how it related to my degree that I was studying in Canada.

It's okay , I am sorry about that.
But in my case my employment history is not related to my previous studies nor future studies so no need to mention it as it's gonna give me a negative impact ?

Your best bet would be to get a will made from your parents saying so and so property will be yours ONLY if you will be present in India and you can write in your SOP that your parents are old and you have to come back home to take care of them and your parents’ properties or businesses. Also explain in detail what you intend to do in your home country with your education. Like a business plan or the specific job you will go for in specific companies. Go into the technical details to show you are a genuine student.

What level of studies you applied in Canada? You just mentioned AI

Again you are suggesting unsealed WILL to address VO concerns? That will be another issue as VO knows this was drafted purposely because of the rejection. Now question of how geniune that WILL is to beneficiary is another thing. And will on properties doesnt address much ties to home country, its a will not transfer of ownership… 22yrs with current employment history is another concern to address

What level of studies you applied in Canada? You just mentioned AI

I have a bachelor of commerce and applied for AI diploma because post graduate programs needs a CS certificate.
I also attached 2 courses certificates that I've attended (Data Science and Deep learning)

You need good consultant to advice you before reapplying. Having B.Com and apply Diploma in AI with your profile doesnt look look in VO perspective. If you had experience in AI, that could be a different case or if you applied for Masters degree straight…

I don't have experience cause the main requirement to apply for any related job is a CS certificate.
I am from Egypt and couldn't find good consultants here do you recommend me someone?
