Hi Guyz, yesterday I got an automated email about an update being done on my application and now I see Background check has changed to "In Progress" now.
I am FSW outland applicant with AOR in march. I received my GCMS notes on 14th of this month and then the Assessment status was:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other reqs:
Final:

All notes(1, 2 & 3) were also positive.

Question- Should I request another GCMS notes or should I wait for sometime as some positive news may comes fast after starting of background check?

This means , I believe, your A11.2 was checked by a lower ranking officer (may be an agent) and yet to be passed by a senior person like analyst / officer ?

Can you please check your notes ?

Yes it was under review and set to met after 2 days. Good thing is now it has been set by a senior officer (analyst) to status "MET" so I would say you have over come the most difficult hurdle on your PPR route.

EDIT: what's your LVO? Most probably not going to be reviewed in details if any at all.

Hi Seniors,

I am PNP with AOR on 5th April 2016. I got my GCMS pretty recently. What is bothering me is the comments written over there dated 7th June 2016 as below. Post that date, in last 1.5 months, I have not seen any updates except that my file has been transferred to New Delhi VO on 8th June due to "Workload (re)-distribution".

The comments in the GCMS is -

The duties listed in the letter(s) of reference appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code selected. The letter(s) of reference appear to be consistent with a substantial number of main duties under the NOC code selected. the letter(s) of reference appear to demonstrate that the PA met the minimum requirements of 12 months of work experience. ADDITIONAL NOTES: **LOE not signed, Officer to review**

I have not send any LOE explicitly. When I double checked with my consultant they told there is nothing to worry about.

Is there anything to concern? What possibly I could do in this situation? Appreciate if you can guide me.
