Hello everyone,
Is there anyone who can answer this?from someone I got to know the one who is fsw and got pnp will not have any a11 in his gcms. How far this is correct? Or correct at all?
A11.2 is the basic criteria for all the applicants and we must have to clear that obstacle . In A11.2 Work Exp against your NOC,Education claimed, CRS Score, for PNP- Nomination Verified, all these steps being checked in A11.2 . You can check more on cic website they have given more explanation regarding A11.2 checks .

Hello Experts;

I need some advice on creating profile for express entry. I have one year of foreign work experience but I did not mention that while applying my study permit (2012) and work permit (2014) in Canada. I ordered the GCMS notes for study permit but could find anything about my previous work experience in that. Now if I mention this foreign work experience in the express entry profile, will that generate any query during the review of my file? I have all the documents related to my previous experience but the only mistake I never mentioned in my work permit or study permit application. Experts please advise.

Hi,

I received my second GCMS notes, no major change except primary office is now NDVO and also Latest update in Activities as following.

Sub activity-activity type: 11.2 EE MI
Field name - Status
New value - Met

Still in Assessments, Eligibility - Not started. Above update says 11.2 EEMI - Met, does it mean same as A11.2 - Met and everything is good?

Everything is good buddy... NDVO will work on your file now... there is a bit of delay on their end.. hang in tight... good luck !!

Hello everyone

I ordered my notes June 21 and received them July 21(exactly 1 month) and had 2 questions-
1. EE ECON: Recommended passed- what does that mean? What stage Am I in?
2. What next after this? How many more checks left?

Thanks in advance!
Regards

Means your eligibility is passed and just security is pending. So basically 1 or 2 months more.

At the outset, thanks for your reply and I appreciate your optimism-I had additional questions if you dont mind, in regard to your reply.
I read up on this forum regarding the security check-it involves CSIS, interpol and other agencies etc to determine whether or not I am a threat to this country
But my first question is- isn't that already determined when I am submitting my PCCs for each country? I mean like I have no criminal record (shows on the gcms that criminality is passed)

Secondly, what is the difference between security and criminality? Both these terms are very closely worded but what is the difference when a country is assessing your PR application?

Thirdly, I have heard that some applications due get rejected at the security stage- what are common examples of rejection during the security stage?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
Regards

Your First question is everyone's question. Really do not know what the difference exactly is but as a country you would want to find anything and everything about a person before issuing permanent residency: every little detail.

Criminality only covers any mis-doings that are filed. I think the reason security checks are blanked out in GCMS says that they don't want us to know what they are looking for. probably personal as well.

I never saw applications being rejected due to security issues(at least the ones that i came across). If you are saying they are refused at that stage it might be due to NOC inconsistencies or mis-representaion in an application.

I applied for my GCMS notes on February 2nd, just out of curiosity. I did not expect to find any useful information there. I just received the GCMS notes and got the following info. Can someone please help me understand it? :)

Date: 02/02/2016
AGENT REVIEW A11.2 *** Having analysed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the application: A11.2 decision: Met 75(2) FSW Minimum Requirements - Appears Met 76(1)(a) Selection Criteria - FSW Points: Appears Met FSW points total: 82 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS points at invitation to apply (ITA): 478 CRS minimum score for round 461 Current CRS score:472 Change in PA age between ITA and APR which changed the CRS points. I have reviewed information and documents for CRS points for the following: PA awarded points as single at ITA and APR PA awarded points for 3 year foreign work experience with XYZ Co. and ABC Co. Primary Occupation: NOC ??? with XYZ comapny. Submitted reference letter confirms applicant's employment in declared occupation throughout specified period and described duties which are consistent with NOC Skill Level B. Reference letter confirms full-time employment or the equivalent in part-time employment

Police certificates R10 OK All police certificates on application; RCMP Check NRT. Criminality Decision Passed. AGE Applicant's age reviewed and has changed from ITA to e-APR

29/01/2016: Education/Education Documents Canadian educational credential on file; credential reviewed; Canadian institution recognised; Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility

23/01/2016: Review Type: Support Service Agent- Sent Application for R10 Review; RCMP Check Initiated; Documents set for Review: Client Info/Education/Proof of Funds/Police Certificate.

03/02/2016: Paper file transfer history
Transfer Reason: Workload re-distribution. Office: CPC-Ottawa from Centralized Intake Office.

Under Assessments:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

I just have a few questions: First, what stage of the application process am i in right now? I didn't quite understand the difference between criminality and security?
Secondly, I found notes on all the other documents sent for review by the Support Service Agents except proof of funds, although it was stated as MET. Does that mean that its been assessed or is still being assessed? Thirdly, What does Due Date mean? Mine says March 2nd 2016? Is my application ok? I would appreciate all inputs from the experts in the house. Thanks!!

As a follow-up to my initial post on my GCMS notes, i thought that it might benefit everyone if i shared my GCMS notes once my application was approved to give us a clearer picture of the application process. Each application may vary depending on the applicant's circumstances though. In my case, i'm a single person, graduated from a Canadian university's masters program, with about 3 years work experience from my country, so i was invited under the FSW category.

My BG check went into progess on June 18th and i got the RFV mail on the 20th. I then applied for the GCMS notes that same day but it was not printed until June 28th, the same day that MyCIC changed to Approved. On the First page of the GCMS notes, it looks like this:

Yes. You can see that in the Activities section 1-4
