understanding GCMS notes

Hi,

I ordered GCMS notes for my application and I did it by using my cousin's name and address (he's a PR in Toronto). He received the notes the first time back in July. But, the second set that I requested for in mid-July haven't been sent yet. I used the same info as the first time, but didn't even get the initial acknowledgement mail. I am about to put in another request now. Is there any way that I can track the status of the second set of notes? I had ordered it via access to information act website.

I am experiencing same as yours . First one I got in 21 days but second one I ordered on 17 july and still waiting.

What is Potential Adverse Information in FOSS and what will be its effect on my file, is my case going to reject. What should I do now? please help!

My AoR is 7th Feb, 2016 and my Background is "In Progress" from 7th May 2016. I received my 1st GCMS note on 17th June and 2nd GCMS is received on 8th Sept.

If I sign the consent form, can a friend (citizen in Canada, who is based there) apply on my behalf or does it have to be a relative?

Do I need a copy of her passport/ proof of address for application?

that's why I asked you earlier if you were an inland or an outland applicant? assuming you are outland you can order notes thru visafile.info and save yourself all this hassle

I think I will get my friend to sign the representative line as she is my "representative" in Canada. Nothing about this is ever straight forward is it?

I ordered gcms note on 17 July and it was 31 calendar days time to delivery.Now it is 51 days passed. Last week I sent mail to remind them and they sent an auto reply. Any ideas about how long they will take to deliver it or should I order another one?

I ordered for my GCMS notes today and captured the screen shot while applying. Thought of sharing here so that it may help someone. I ordered from outside of Canada using my friend's name and address, who is a PR of Canada. That is, I applied as though my friend is applying for me. Ofcourse, I had to upload the signed consent form. It costed me $5 to apply

FOSS check is past Canadian immigration check. Do you have a history of applications or entries to Canada?

Thanks Bellaluna for your reply. Yes one of my Intra Company transfer (temporary work permanent) has been refused in July/August 2015. But for this I have provided all the information with my this case including LOE.

Ok, then the line likely refers to this. Not much you can do now, but you already did the right thing by declaring it and including the LOE. Just hope the officer sees in your favor.

You have to sign to authorize CIC to disclose the information to your friend. Only your signature is required.

Hey guys,

I have ordered two GCMS notes. I received the first one in May and the second one in mid August. In both GCMS notes I have:
Eligibility: passed.
Criminality: passed.
Medial: passed.
Security: blank.

The notes show that my Eligibility has been passed on April 25th. I can see the notes created by Case Analyst confirming that the 11.2 is met. There is no notes created by the officer (the officer's notes after the case analyst'notes in blank) although he/she has made my eligibility passed as I can see it in the ACTIVITIES in my GCMS notes. Is this strange that there is no OFFICER's review in my notes? I have seen my friends' GCMS notes and there is OFFICER's review in them all !!!!


I can see another strange thing in my notes as well. In the first GCMS notes I received in May, on the first page at 5th line, I can see that my application is updated by an officer who has started my security screening, as I can see this notes in ACTIVITIES section. On the second notes I received in August however, on the first page at 5th line, it show it is updated by the officer who confirmed my Eligibility. I am not quite sure but does it mean that my application has been returned one step back?!!!!!

Anyway, Four month and half has passed since my security screening started and I'm still waiting.


Any advice/idea is appreciated

hello guys i have ordered GCMS NOTES on September 8,I ordered from this link GCMSNotes.ca and they charged me USD 41.69$.They have taken money from my visa card twice and i never received any acknowledgement receipt as well as tracking number,today i tried to search their number from google but couldn't find so i emailed them and they replied also,actually i did wrong my self because i provided wrong email,instead of rabin500@yahoo.com i mentioned in the online form rabin500@yaho.com,but finally they provided me 2 tracking numbers.
So how can i ask them to refund money?when i am going to track the notes it says your connection is not private,attackers might be trying to steal your information from GCMSNotes.ca examples password,messages or credit card.
So how they gonna a send me notes after one months?

Called them twice. The agent said my security screening is still in progress !!!!
The security screening for my application has been taking 4 months and half so far !!!
