Hello everyone,

Can someone please help me to better understand Record of Landing IM 1000, does every immigrant should have this. Do you receive it only if you come to Canada as a PR?
Myself I became PR after arriving to Canada and simply can not recall that I ever had this document.
Truly appreciate your help

You would only have IMM 1000 if you "landed" as PR before 2002. After that you would have received COPR (IMM 5292).
