Understanding a couple of questions on the forms? Please help.

My partner is Canadian and will be sponsoring me to come to Canada.. I am from England. I have been visiting her in Canada. On the sponsorship forms under my questionnaire it asks when my sponsor returned to Canada? and asks for a date? I am wondering what i put here as my sponsor has been in Canada the whole time? She visited me last in England a year ago. Would the day she left be the day she returned to Canada? I hope this makes sense to someone out there :S

Also, just to double check. It asks me what visa office is requested for the process of my application. Would i just put "London" here as i am wanting it to be processed in the visa office in London, England?

If she is was born in canada put her birthdate. and yes put london england as the embassy. Hope this helps
