Undergraduate Certificate (one year)

Dear all my seniors,
I have received my ECA from WES and it is mentioned that my Canadian Equivalency is "Undergraduate Certificate( one year)". Since this is my only Cert after secondary high school diploma, am I eligible to fall in “one year degree , diploma or certificate at University, college or other institute?

I have received my WES report which has 2 CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS.
1. Bachelor's degree (four years)
2. Undergraduate certificate (one year)

Do they come under 2 or more degrees, diplomas, or certificates?
I will get them for 2 degrees points or not.
