Hi experts,

I tried to search about Manitoba but I’m little goofed up because of their various options.

Could anyone please tell me bit about Manitoba plz?

I’m the primary applicant

I’ve done WES and IELTS.

I’ve a close friend in Winnipeg.

Experience: 7+ years.

My NOC is in their demand list.

Points: 75/100 or
80/100 (if outside Winnipeg)

But, 460/1000 {under SWO}


Question: What is the difference between Express Entry pathway and Human Capital pathway?

Question: Do my wife need to have IELTS score too?

Question: Should I apply apply under Skilled worker overseas (connection category) or which one?

Question: Do I need to go to EE first and then Manitoba website for EOI?

What are my chances for receiving LAA with my current points?
