Under New 38 occu.list

Hi All,
I received my file no under new NOC codes.But I am not Computer system Manager but my NOC code is 2171, 2173, 2174.

My status previously was "In Process" and now it got changed "Application received".
What does it mean ?
Is it mean that they have accepted my application for further process. ?

Firstly you will recieve refusal letter. You will recieve refund within 12-16 weeks after decision.

e case status changed from in process to Application received for almost everybody during last week, I got mine changed too and my NOC is on the list, only time will tell!
