Under CRA Criteria - "Arranged employment"?

Hi all,

Can someone tell if I'm eligible for "Arranged employment" under CRA Criteria?

My info:

• I have 3 years PGWP (2017 - 2020)
• since April 2018, I've been working as Truss estimator(NOC B) for a roof truss company. (more than 1 year)
• I'm working full time (40 hrs)
• It's a permanent job (no defined employment end date and I receive a benefits package)
• I don't know anything about LMIA.. I searched for a job, and they interviewed me and hired, just like a nomral hiring..

please let me know if there any additional info that I have to add here..
