Hi,
I am already in the EE pool with job seeker code (i am the main applicant).
However, under my husband's Profile Details section, my husband does not want me to include his relatives (cousins, uncles, grandfather) who are living in canada, and instead put NO. He thinks they will not even bother to help us in our application anyway.

Will there be multiple documents ircc would request to his relatives then, to sign, etc, if we declare Yes?

You need to post your question in the Express Entry section of the forum.

They just want to know. They wont ask the relatives anything. Putting a "No" when he actually has relatives living there would be misrepresentation.

Definitely admit the truth and list the relatives he has in Canada. People have had their visas refused for lying about this. Telling the truth won't hurt you. If you don't know some details of the relatives, just attach a separate sheet of paper stating you are not close and so do not know X's date of birth, or whatever.
