I am married to a pilipino Canadian citizen but undeclared since he was already in Canada when we got married in the Philippines. Is it possible that he can file a divorce there to able to remarry another woman in Canada? how its possible? since our marriage undeclared is it also possible for me to file complain for having an affair with another woman.and can I go to Canada without spousal sponsorship since he is already citizen in the said country? or it's always have a sponsorship from him and need to declare our marriage to able to get me there

Yes, he can file a divorce in Canada once he has been separated from you for a year. Once divorced he can also marry someone else.

You can go to Canada without spousal sponsorship however you will need to qualify for PR on your own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry based on your education, work experience, and other factors. You cannot benefit from his citizenship status.

You sure can immigrate to Canada on your own. Apply with your education, work experience...etc. There are skill and economic streams.

Him, your soon to be ex-husband, being a citizen do not have any impact on how you can "go to Canada".
Frankly, I don't understand what you mean.
Having affair isn't a crime in Canada. And since your marriage is broken down, him being a citizen or him willing to sponsor you or not have no impact on your trip/immigration to Canada.

If you are coming from this Asian countries point of view that having an affair for a married person is a crime, then you are wrong. In Canada, a married person can have an affair and choose any one even though they are married. No one is bound by a paper called marriage certificate. And being adult it is not a crime.

It looks like you have an undeclared marriage, so he is free to choose any one and it is not a crime, he is already separated from you.

You need to have a clear conversation with your husband and reach a mutual agreement. In Canada, your husband does not need your signature to file for an uncontested divorce and can marry another woman without your consent. If your marriage is not declared in his application, you cannot ask him to sponsor you to come to Canada; you will have to apply for immigration independently.
