Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Yes i have consulted a lawyer and the only option i have is a spousal sponsorship with h and c grounds thats what i have been told . However the processing time for such an application is around 2 to 3 years eith little chances of success.
How does her not disclosing that she was married on the day the she became a PR of Canada, any type of H & C reasoning?!

I concur that a lawyer is a good plan, but be realistic in your expectations.

The H&C reasoning is not about that, it's about oh-life-is-so-hard without it and children will suffer and how could we have known, etc. The usual.

She got PR in 2016 and in 2021 she applied for nenewal of PR after completing two years in canada , however she was asked to collect PR card personally and after 180 days it was discarded, she went through PRTD in 2024 start and applied for reissuance of PR card. The thing is she wants to live there so i have no choice but to try different ways to go there, as my kids are also in this situation.
Did she declare you on the PRTD H&C and indicate that both parents have been living with the children in Pakistan and one has no status in Canada. It appears that your wife may have landed in Canada to primarily have children. Was she in Canada in 2021 when she applied for PR card renewal? Assume she notified CRA that she has not been living in Canada since she left.
