Oh I see, thank you for your response. Have a great day!Technically it is misrepresentation but no you shouldn’t lose your citizenship. You likely can’t sponsor your child though.

With respect, you have no idea who I really am, and presumably at some point in time you will need to explain the same stuff to another total stranger in IRCC. Therefore, you might as well explain here, so that others can also help you. Remove your email address from your post and you will be relatively anonymous.Hi Zardoz,

No.Would like know of my husband was my accompanying spouse when We immigrate to quebec. I was the main applicant. Was he considered as sponsored spouse?
Dependent spouse.what is his category then? cause he was my de facto spouse before
NoI see. Is he qualified for the new pilot program for undeclared family members? he has a kid from he was a teenager and was not able to declare due to not know the whereabouts before.
The reason that the answer is no, is because he became a PR via an "economic immigration" path, and the pilot program excludes this. Only Refugee and Family Class applications are covered.wow lol tnk u so much!!!
Yes, even then.i see.. even he was not the main applicant? and only de facto spouse then?
Hi syclla,my husband went to Canada as a refuge and he didn't declare our two kids,he declared only me,can we apply through pilot program?. thank youThe project for undeclared family members does not apply to you since you are immigrating through an economic immigration stream.
You must either declare your child now as part of your Express Entry application - or you can never sponsor that child.
Yes, you can certainly try assuming they are 21 year old or younger.Hi syclla,my husband went to Canada as a refuge and he didn't declare our two kids,he declared only me,can we apply through pilot program?. thank you
