Hello friends and family.
Please I need your advice here.

My child was not declared at the time of my application, the mother brought the child after 8yrs to my family.

I applied for him but the application was refused and I was asked to appeal.

Please what are the chances

It depends on how you obtained PR. Through which program did you apply?

Through express entry. I have my citizenship now
There is a special policy that allows undeclared children to be sponsor. However unfortunately this policy does not apply to individuals who immigrated through economic immigration streams.

It's very hard for any of us to say what the chances are that the appeal will be successful. I assume you did not know about the child's existence?

Yes, I was not aware
Good luck with the appeal. I don't think any of us here can guess the chances of success.
