Unclear position NOC code

Hello there,
I have a Bachelors degree in Civil engineering from my home country which is recognized by WES. Took a 3 year advanced diploma course Civil engineering Technologist. I am currently working as an Application Examiner for City of Toronto Municipality. There is no specific NOC code for the job if someone could please guide me to head in the right direction.

What do you mean by "application examiner"? Surely you can narrow down a few options first. You may want to look at general office support roles.

Thank you for your response. Well to clarify I work with Toronto Building. Primary responsibility of my job is to assess the documents and engineering drawings to accept the building permit making sure all the standard requirements are fulfilled. Apart from that job key qualification describes to have Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technologist, Planning Technologist or relevant experience in the field. I tried matching the job responsibilities with several NOC codes and it matches up with several positions but just does not fit right. If that explanation helps.
