I have an uncle whose a canadian citizen, however, he is my mom's cousin. So I would call him my cousin uncle.

Does that qualify?

No FSW points for "cousin uncle" or whatever that is. The uncle has to be your mothers brother not cousin.

Just to be clear. You can claim points for having relatives in Canada. But only during the 6 selection factors i.e. the minimum criteria 67/100. However, you can't claim points for it in your CRS score.

I assume you are referring to the six selection factors 67/100

No.
