I doing 1 year certificate in Administration from university of Regina. My major was electronic systems engineering for 4.5 years. I changed that into 1 year certificate. I have 1 semester part time. I picked 3 courses n dropped 1. And to be full time you have register in 3 courses. Then I took a semester off n went back home because of medical issue with one of my relatives which resulted in death. Now fall 2019 was my last semester but I failed one course and now that course is not being offered in next semester.
Question: How will part time semester n break effects my PGWP chances. Should I attach letter of explanation.
What should I do now as the course is not being offered in next semester.
