Hi,

I need help on following query. I have applied under NOC 3143 FSW-1 and currently my initial app is on the way to CIO, Sydney. My concern is regarding birth certificates of myself and my wife`s which we do not have. My father lost it and her father simply did not had her made. Do we have to get them somehow for complete application submission to local high commission? or is there an alternative. e;g in Pakistan the Centralized data gathering deppt. NADRA issued family registeration certificates by birth as well as family. Will the CHC accept this document as an alternate to birth certificates?

Looking forward to help.

you can apply for your birth certificate at any time. but for the person above 21 years birth certificate process is different. you have to check it from city/town hall not from nadra.
i go through this process if you need more help, its my pleasure.

i Have went through the same process. However got birth certificates of my self & spouse in one week. Process is as below:

1. Go to local union council office of the area, where u r currently residing,
2. They will give u a form to fill. Remeber this form is infact application from your father, so it should be filled in a way if ur father is filling his credentials as applicant & you are the baby.
3. Attach ID card copy of your father.
4. Attach your Matric certificate.
5. Fee is approx. 600 Rs. (for individuals above 20 yrs).
6. Now the union council officer will tell u that since u r above 20, so approval has to be taken from Local District Govt office & bla bla.
7. After one week u will get the certificate.....:)
Happy ending of the story....:)

Point Number 7 should not be encouraged in this forum, i think

Hi, all,
I have a question .......... Are these birth Certificates "back dated"?
I have read somewhere onthe site that Birth Certificates should not be more than three months old.....
