Unaffordable for plastic surgery

Please my Aunty is a Nurse, having 3kids first born is studying Nurse, second born is studying Industrial Chemistry and while the last born is about to practise Nurse.

She ow a permanent resident in Canada although we don't live in the same country. She asks me to find out if it is possible to bring me over to canada to have the plastic surgery or an alternative to solving problem for the left arms being cut off.

You would have to apply for a visitor visa (temporary resident permit).

You will have to cover all of the costs associated with your surgery / alternative treatment in Canada.

she says she doesnt know how to go about it, she hasn't tried it before that she has heard a lot visas have been denied by the embassy.
