Hi,
My common-law partner is a permanent resident of Canada who’s living in Canada with me and I’ve got an invitation for CEC.
I’m gonna apply for PR through CEC instead of family sponsorship.
I checked ‘common-law’ on marital status and
checked ‘unaccompanying partner’.
I was reading the mandatory documents for CEC and found out that I need my partner’s medical exam confirmation, police certificates and education certificate as well.
Do I still have to send these documents even though my partner is a permanent resident?
