Unable to update Mailing Address online

Hi,

I am unable to update my mailing address online, it returns an error message "You must select the check box to remove consent"

If i select check box, then i wont be able to check application status online so it doesnt make any sense.

Anyone able to update address online by any chance ?

Are you updating to a Canadian or overseas address?

I was updating to a Canadian Address but i was pressing Submit instead of Continue and that was my mistake, issue is now resolved.

Hi,

I want to update my mailing address online as well. After I confirm the changes, the website will not show new address immediately. Is it right?

Yes that's right!

Also i will prefer if you can call CIC call center and get it updated over the phone because it is faster that way and is guaranteed.
