Unable to reply on forum !

After LOG IN, I can click on REPLY to type my reply to topic, but when I click POST, I get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /canada-immigration-discussion-board/index.php on this server.

I am able to PREVIEW my message and it happens not all the time , only at a certain topic !!!

Anybody else is experiencing this problem ?
What is the solution?

Is there any page link (web page address) included in your reply?

I experienced it when I was trying to post a link to a particular page on CIC website. I removed that link and I was able to post the reply.

How are you posting right now?

I am just typing my message in now
however, previously I have posted a "web link" to the CIC website on a same topic thread
I guess, somebody/something decided to "punish" me now

I will go back to my post with a CIC link, modify it and remove the link
This might help to resolve the issue

Are you logged in? 'Modify' link is on the top right of post.

however, my post is about 2 days old, and located on 2nd pages beforethe current page ( it is a busy topic, lots of posts)

If might have been locked which means no one can reply really. Plus after three replies to a post (or a day, whichever is first) you cannot modify your post.
