Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear all,

Please advise me; due to risk of job my spouse cannot profide a reference letter of current employer. Now we can profide a explanational letter, but what should we mention in the letter?

any advise will be welcome.

Are you a principal applicant? If yes, why do you need to provide your spouse work experience letter?

iTS ON Visa office specific instruction forum ........plz check ....any comments..

Thanks

if you are the principal applicant then thers no need to get into the hassle of providing spouse's employment history.

because you only get points for her education credentials.

Completely agree. I just submitted my wife's education transcripts. I dont think these matter as there are no points for spouse's work exp

Well, on Appendix A, it normally asks for reference letters from both the principal applicant and the spouse. However, you can always explain if you cannot provide the letter.

my consultant told me to make explanation letter and have it notarized. Im primary applicant, my husband is my dependent.

totally agree..no additional points for husband's COE.

deep 17,

I face pretty much the same scenario, usually CHC don't count you spouse's work expeience points, they only consider her education, but its always good to provide refernce letter if possible, if not then write down an explanation letter just a simple one doesn't have to be so complicated explaining reasons for not being able to provide refernce letter.

hope it helps!!
