Unable to proceed to Express Entry Profile

Hi All,

I have all the basic requirements with me now i.e. IELTS result & ECA to create Express Entry profile. I already have created GCKey but i am unable to proceed and create express entry profile.

Is it blocked?

If someone can please paste me the direct link

That's a different issue altogether, you probably made a mistake when filling the application.

Hi,

I have been having the same problem since I created my CGKey account 3 days ago and I was never able to continue to my account.. Just like you, I always get redirected back to the main CIC page.

I was able to find the following suggestions to workaround the issue, but none of them worked for me yet:
1- Login and log out or close the browser when you get back to the main page then log in again and repeat until you get through.
2- Login and follow the steps until you reach the page where it says "Continue" then wait for 5 minutes then click "Continue" and you should get through.
3- Try different browsers, different PCs and different Internet Service Providers.
4- Login using a web browser until you reach the page with the "Continue" button, leave it there and open a different browser and log in again.
5- Log in using incognito mode or delete all history and cookies and cache from your browser.

Now, none of these worked for me, and I kept trying for days and it never worked but maybe one of these methods will work for you.

Since, I did not enter much information yet, I will try to create a new account and see if this solves the issue, and I will update you here if I was able to continue to my account.

Not really. I could retrieve the submitted profile. I'm not sure what happened ???

You are ineligible, therefore you either doing have the correct experience or funds.
