I called them again couple of mins back and asked them to transfer to their e-services department and spoke to them... they indicated they have some issues with their online payment services and they are currently working to fix the problem and anticipate the fix in next 1 hour or so... I am going to call them again in another 2 hrs to confirm before i make another payment attempt. Any payment which is on hold on your card should be refunded in next 5 working days. stay tuned....
