Unable to link paper application to GCkey Account

Hello All,

Can someone please help linking paper application to GCkey Account on CIC website. I have tried hundreds of times to link it nut it says no application found. I had applied 6 weeks ago.
please help as I am curious to find out the status of my application.

No. I submitted the application myself at the VFS office
