Unable to link my application

Guys I am unable to link my paper application with my GC key ac...plz help..I made 3-4 GC kea count ..but all are now locked for 24 hr due to wrong attempts..I applied for my dependent child..so number of person is 1 , but as per letter from CPc it's 3. What is the correct option

What do you mean by number of applicants is 3 in CPC letter ? What are your referring to ?

Actually me and my wife are sponsor for our son ..so total 2 sponsor+1 PA=3
It's given in PA AOR
