Unable to initiate Mail Session .............. PLZ PLZ HELP

Hi Guys,

I have filled my Student GIC Application form on 10th November.
I am unable to log in to my account due to the error " Unable to initiate Mail Session ".

It is super annoying. i spoke to customer care and they are saying they are working on their system for this error since last week but i havnt got any solution yet.

PLZ SOME 1 HELP ME..

Does any 1 know any alternative... PlZ Help..............................

Its the same problem I am facing from 2 days.
Please tell me what to do in such case.

Should I wait for the system to be normal?
or should I contact the customer care and solve the issue.
