I've received ITA in January 2017. I've to submit my application in few days now.
I lived in China for about 2 years and I have tried my level best to get PCC from China, but they are not issuing me PCC. The reason is that because I am a government employee and the VISA category on which I resided in China was some sort of special/official visa. They said that in order to get the PCC, I'll have to ask my country's embassy in Beijing and the embassy will then write to Exit Entry control of Beijing.
In short, I tried to contact Pakistan Embassy Beijing, but they refused to help.
I tried to contact 2 online services, but they also said the same thing that I should contact my Embassy. I even offered EXTRA money to them, but they refused to get the PCC for me.
I sent 2 friends who live in Beijing, they visited Pakistan Embassy and Exit Entry Control office (which issues PCC), they both said the same thing that Pakistan Embassy is not helping in this regard and Exit entry control department clearly says that they issue PCC for only three visa categories (Student, Work, Tourist) and my visa category is different.
I have got all the documentation of correspondence with friends and online service providers. Most of the correspondence was done through Emails.
Someone PLEASE guide me in this regard that what should I do in this situation. Currently, I'm planning to write a letter of explanation and I'll include all the correspondence which I did in order to get the PCC. Is there anything else I can do?
Has anyone ever got through with the same situation? Does CIC exempt the requirement of PCC in this situation?
