Unable to get employment reference letter

Sorry, didn´t mean to be so blunt, I´ve just seen a lot of people going the "self-declaration" route lately and being surprised when they are refused, just wanted to make sure you didn´t go down that path...

No hard feelings at all. I realise how critical my case is ....! I will have to think over it and have another talk with my company management. Hopefully things work out the next time, I however dont want to pressurize them , will figure out a way . Thank you though. Wish me luck
