After submitting documents for ITA, I received Biometric Instruction Letter, which says I need to give my fingerprints before some date. However in USA, I don't have any biometric appointments available before that date. What should I do?

Sorry friend, I am also outside of Canada and do not know the phone number. Webform is for sure not useful. I submitted mine 3 months ago and still get no reply yet.
