Unable to contact IRCC

Hi all,

I tried to reach IRCC at 1-800-855-0511 but an automated voice tells me I can't call from my area (EU). Anybody knows how to contact them? I want to ask questions about soft landing and CoPR extensions etc.

The Paris visa office is highly unlikely to accept phone enquiries, but good luck.
