Unable to Book appointment at VFS Bangladesh

Hi @Sangyukta hope you are doing well. Did you get the letter yet Or resent web form again? My parents appointment in on Apr 22. Now really tensed for my mom's letter.

Hi @SHENJUTI I still did not get the letter for my mom and as her appointment is on April 23rd I am now getting worried as well. I have not done any new web form, I will submit a web form tonight.

Hi @Sangyukta - any luck on new letter? I have submitted another web form on April 16 but still no luck and appointment is on Apr 22. I am planning to send my mom with old letter issued on Feb 19 and email copy of two web forms to show the proof that we tried to get new letter.

Hi @Sangyukta - any luck on new letter? I have submitted another web form on April 16 but still no luck and appointment is on Apr 22. I am planning to send my mom with old letter issued on Feb 19 and email copy of two web forms to show the proof that we tried to get new letter.

@SHENJUTI No I did not get the letter yet, I wrote a webform too but got no reply. I am doing the same, I am sending my mom with the old letter on the appointment date of April 23 and see if they take her passport to stamp visa on.

Hi, I am also same in the position, cant upload this passport submission letter into the Flipping website. Please please help me about what to do now . I am feeling very frustrated.

Hi @Sangyukta just to let you know VFS didn't accept my mom's passport due to expired letter. Even though they showed IRCC email copies of web form submission. VFS advised to wait till get new letter and rebooked appointment for passport submission.

Hi @SHENJUTI, wondering if you received extension letter for your mom's passport submission. I am in same situation, my dad got everything processed but other family members' web forms have no reply at all. Its more than a month now.

My mom still haven't received another passport submission letter. I have submitted two web forms on March 27 and April 16. No response yet.

I thought the drama was over on march 22nd. Such an unfortunate to tolerate that the visa results were made on Jan. first week for my family and we are still bearing all these inconvenience.

That March 22nd issue was with VFS appointment. But now IRCC is delaying the process just to generate another letter. I applied first web form for my parents. Dad got it in a week but mom is still waiting which is very frustrating

Oh i know that, actually i meant by saying drama the entire process after the visa approval stage. It wouldn't have happened if VFS didn't started this. My dad's extension letter was issued in 3days after the web form submission. But a total silence for the rest of applicant's letters. 2 of my other friends' parents landed in Canada already whereas they were also waiting for VFS appointments. They bought appointment slots for 10k taka/per person.
Allah knows when this will end.

True!! VFS started all of these and we are the ultimate sufferer. Two web forms submitted already for same reason. No idea how long should I wait or submit another web form?
