Unable to access Quebec immigration website

Hi everyone,
I am unable to open Quebec immigration website (www.quebec.ca).
It says “Access denied - Sorry you do not have permission to view this page”.

Does anyone else had the same issue and how did you resolve this.

No, not yet. It is definitely some problem at our end because one my friend who is in a different country had no problem with the website.
I just couldn’t find a way to figure it out yet.

Hello. Maybe, the error has got something to do with the country you're trying to access it from. I am from India, and I too wasn't able to access the website. I installed VPN and opened it from a different location, and it worked that way. Try doing that, hope it works for you.
