Unable to access document upload and payment step – System error

Hi everyone,
I recently received an ITA and have completed all the required forms in my IRCC account.
However, I’m stuck at the next step: I can’t access the page to upload my documents and pay the fees.

Every time I try, I get the following message:
"Our online services are currently down – System error code: null (2025-03-22 04:43:35)"
(I can share a screenshot if needed.)

I’ve tried:

Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)

Incognito/private mode

Clearing cache

Logging in at different times of the day


But nothing works — the error has been persisting for several days.
I also submitted a webform to IRCC but haven’t received a reply yet.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
If so, how did you manage to fix it?
