Un able to CHECK my application on line

Hello I check my application on line from every week , today I was shocked when I enter all the data which already saved on my browser and the system tell me that they are unable to identify me !!

Yes it did happened with me last year CHC LONDON
I put an email to them after 5, 6 failed attempts
I was informed to use my other name as last name
And it worked

Try putting email to them
