UK Visa rejection affects PR Canada application?

I had the unfortunate event of having my UK visitor visa rejected under the paragraph V3.6 which is

"False representations or documents are used (whether or not material to the application and whether or not the applicant's knowledge)"

Regardless of the details of how this happened. Now I have an ITA, all my other papers are impeccable except for this visa refusal.

I think I will need to consult a lawyer about this, but what are your views on this?? Am I doomed?

This is not a simple visa refusal. The UK ECO determined that you had submitted false documents/ made false statements either intentionally or else unknowingly. Hence, you were refused for deception under Paragraph V3.6 of the UK immigration rules.

As you're probably aware, any visa application you submit for entry to the UK will be refused for the next 10 years from the date you were refused unless you provide exceptional evidence/circumstances.

You must declare the complete facts of this UK visa refusal + include a copy of the refusal letter, etc when you apply for EE PR. Canada and the UK share immigration information. You can expect extra scrutiny along with non-standard processing time for your PR application
